Our approaches

MaST believe in helping individuals to be the “best they can be”, whether starting out in their career as a graduate, being an effective team member, or transitioning to a new or managerial role.

Some of the ways we help individuals to thrive:

  • We offer strategic skills-based learning, where a clear development need has been identified
  • If someone is not achieving their business goals, and the development needs are less clear, we can help them to identify changes needed: e.g., personal habits and processes, approaches to different cultural environments, and alignment of values and beliefs.
  • We aim to help our clients define what they want to achieve, and to uncover key things that are holding them back – once this is “visible”, we then work out together the best approach
  • We can offer diagnostics and personal awareness to help individuals assess their strengths and areas for development both on an individual basis and how they can best contribute as a part of a team
  • We offer a range of ways to support people through the changes, from joining with others on a facilitated programme, 1:1 coaching either face to face or over the phone / webinar
  • We can work with people “on the job” through action learning sets, and aim to ensure all our work is in alignment with both personal and business goals
