Core Skills Programme

 

Diageo are the leading global drinks organisation with Johnnie Walker, Gordon’s, Guinness, and Smirnoff amongst their portfolio of premier brands.  They were looking for a partner they could trust to fully manage core skills programmes and keep them aligned with the evolving needs of the business. The partner had to be competent enough to require only minimal input from the busy L&D team.

 

MaST has earned that trust using innovative designs and delivery methods in a range of subjects including influencing, facilitation and presentations over many years across locations in both Britain and Ireland. In 2011, MaST were invited to tender for a broader range of programmes, including advanced versions of those we were already delivering, which we won. 

 

We are now delivering 10 different courses in four British and Irish locations, and providing significant administration support as well.  These programmes have reached in excess of 1,000 participants. As well as the excellent delivery of the programmes focussed on the participants real work challenges, Diageo values MaST’s experienced Client Service team. They help plan the schedule using their knowledge of likely demand and ensure that the participants have a seamless experience before, during and after the programmes. This has meant that these business critical skills can be applied rapidly back at work supporting business growth.

 

More recently we have been asked to provide local language versions of these core programmes in Greece, Germany and Spain, plus webinars.
